move channels on strong decoders

Used to arrange and organise the channels for convenience.
Press [MENU] on your RCU
Go to [CHANNELS] and Press [OK]
Enter Pin Code [0000]
Go to [MOVE CHANNELS] and Press [OK]
Press [OK] to select the Channels you want to move
Press [INFO] to move to the position and Press [OK]
Press [EXIT] and Go to [YES] and Press [OK]
Press [EXIT] until screen is clear
